Shipping Policy

• Hong Kong

 

Given products are in stock (we will let you know if it's not) we dispatch within 1-3 business days. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Standard shipping for HKD 25. We offer free shipping on all orders for delivery within Hong Kong when you spend HKD 500+.

• Other Countries

 

Standard shipping for HKD 150. We offer free shipping on all orders for delivery to China, Taiwan, South East Asia, and Korea when you spend HKD 800+.

Our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary from country to country. The additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information relating to the cost of unexpected taxes or duties as these charges vary and are beyond our control.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Because of hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless the items are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you. Final sales items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Faulty Items and Refunds

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. Faulty items must be reported within 7 business days following delivery. Please email us at hello@ohmygoodieshk.com to report a faulty item. All products must be returned in the original condition, with a copy of the original invoice included.

Once a returned item has been received by Oh My Goodies, your money will be refunded to the Credit Card account used for the purchase within 3 business days.​
