Join Rachel for an evening of nourishing candlelight Yin followed by delicious cake and chai made by the @_thegoodbowl
Yin yoga is a stilling practice that cultivates a deep sense of awareness through the release of mind and body stresses. An antidote to urban life, Yin focuses on releasing the connective tissues of the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia), as well as increasing mobility and flexibility. Poses are held for long periods (between 3 and 5 minutes), allowing students to relax as they express patience and quiet.
This workshop is suitable for anyone in need of a little R&R as we embark on the ever stressful run-up to the holiday season.
No previous yoga experience necessary. Please bring a cozy jumper and socks along with your usual yoga get up!
