About the Event

We invite you to come practice and 

We are a part of nature.  When we fully embody the various forms of natural elements within us as we live through everyday challenges, it enables us to recognize our true qualities and strengths.  Through this Earth Yoga session, we practice to feel and befriend with these elements, cultivating resilience under different external conditions and re-discovering the sense of peace and tranquillity in our physical and mental self.  To return, retrieve and rejuvenate our home, where we reside our soul.

Each participant will receive a free goodies bag with Tsit-lit te-su TEAORY products.

About Valerie 

Valerie Ma is a certified yin yang vinyasa yoga teacher, who shares her mindfulness practice on life topics especially on self-love and relationship. Her life experience in combating cancer and embracing depression has empowered her a profound understanding of the impermanence of life.  Since then, she dedicates in practicing yoga to restore the balance of her body and mind and empowering others to stand for their true colors to shine through all ups and downs.

Valerie has regular yoga classes in town and holds yoga retreat at her private space on Lantau Island for whom are, too, on this self-discovery journey.  She also assists Janet Lau in mindfulness workshops for HKU Master of Buddhist Counselling, Iris Your Escape, and Hong Kong Cancer Fund.
